The Caregiver/Community Self-Advocacy Training & Support worker interacts and engages the family/caregivers and children/youth to offer educational, advocacy and support resources to develop family/caregiver's ability to independently access community series and activities Duties &
Responsibilities:
The Caregiver/CSAT service worker will provide children with developmental, physical and/or behavioral health disabilities with activities that will assist them to integrate in community events.
This position will interact and engage with family/caregivers and children/youth to offer educational, advocacy and support resources to develop family/caregiver's ability to independently access community series and activities.
It will help maintain and encourage the caregivers'/families' self-sufficiency in caring for the child/youth in the home and community.
Education & Experience A High school diploma, high school equivalency, or A State Education Commencement Credential (SACC) or Career Development and Occupational Studies Credential (CDOS) is required.
1-year experience working with children/youth in foster care or in a Children's Mental Health Program or related human service experience, and a valid NYS driver's license is required.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
