50 an hour SIGN-ON BONUS UP TO $4,500 (SOME HOUSES HAVE UP TO $6,500 SIGN-ON BONUS) The Direct Support Professional works in a residential home with individuals with Developmental Disabilities.
The position requires constant supervision and observation of individuals.
She/he assists individuals with their daily needs and in maintaining cleanliness of the residence and serve as a role model and advocate.
Mandatory overtime is required.
Direct Support Professionals must be awake during the entire shift; sleeping on the job is prohibited.
EDUCATION AND
Experience:
A High School Diploma and a valid, non-restricted NYS driver's license is required.
Related work experience preferred, not required.
